Tray pusher type continuous gas carburizing furnace

A groundbreaking carburizing furnace that simultaneously achieves significant energy savings and compactness.

This is a compact facility suitable for small variety mass production, improved from the well-established pusher-type continuous furnace. By separating the furnace body into three chambers—burn-off and heating chamber, carburizing diffusion chamber, and cooling retention chamber—using intermediate doors, this energy-saving type reduces the energy unit consumption by approximately 36% compared to conventional types. Our developed quenching method, "one tank three-stage quenching," is a quenching system that minimizes distortion during phase transformation by ensuring uniform material temperature before martensitic transformation. By adopting this system, low distortion that is not constrained by the shape of the material can be achieved. 【Features】 ■ Equipment improved from pusher-type continuous furnace ■ Suitable for small variety mass production ■ Compact ■ Energy-saving type *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
